Personal Training at Bondi Gym is headed up by Michael Parker, the Founder of Bondi Gym. Michael is a veteran of the fitness industry with over 20 years experience as an instructor, manager, business owner, personal trainer and exercise physiologist.

Experience and insight gained from working with thousands of people, along with a strong scientific background, helps Michael distill the essence of what is needed to help clients reach their goals in the safest, most efficient way.

Building great relationships along with advice on all aspects of health, lifestyle, diet, nutrition and supplementation allows Michael to work with clients long-term, many in excess of 10 years.
