eCoaching Consultations

eCoaching consultations can help you make the most of your home workouts. If you have more equipment available, want to be confident you are exercising correctly or require some adjustments to the workouts let us help you. In addition to the eWorkouts we can provide coaching and support with the following:

We deliver eCoaching sessions through our partner, MO+ (the Wellness clinic at the front of the gym). They have a new telehealth eWellness initiative which we are part of and which gives us the tools to deliver our eCoaching sessions. Mobility Warm-up

Warm-up and increase your mobility at the same time. Do this before each workout to be warm, safe and supple as a leopard.
