Why another 30 Day fit program or challenge?
We all work so hard in our day to day lives focusing on financial or career goals that the weeks and months all meld into one and before we know it, we’ve let our health and fitness and spiritual wellness slip away from us. Trying to fit so much in, our lives have become time poor – we’ve all done it. Then, we kind of go… quick, how do we get back on track? How do I bring balance back into my crazy hectic demanding life?
So we take a few weeks off at Christmas, go on a holiday and re-connect with ourselves and resolve to be whole again. We make a New Years Resolution to take back what was once ours – to make time for our spiritual and physical wholeness.
At this point, fitness comes back to the forefront. We realise that if we take care of our bodies and our minds, then the rest will take care of itself. We’ll be proud of our beach body and we’ll have enough energy to take on all kinds of life events.
So the birth of our 30DaysFiTT program was imagined, with the idea to help people get back on track with their health and fitness in a simple easy to follow approach. And we’ve taken the stress out of it because it’s not a challenge – the last thing we wanted to do was create more stress in the existing paradigm.
