Day 5 of #2017TabataChallenge at North Bondi with Anna Kooiman
Day 5 and a fun one today – burpees in the soft sand at Bondi Beach. Everyone loves a good burpee and the Bondi Gym crew is no different.
If you find burpees challenging you can always modify by stepping back rather than jumping and only coming to the push-up position rather than all the way down. Of course, if you want to push the intensity, speed is king. Throw yourself down and get back up again as fast as you can. Rhythm is your friend and will let you push through these nice and quick.
As you can see, the best part of training at Bondi Beach is always the swim afterwards. A quick dip washes away the blood, sweat and tears and you are ready to go again.
