Here’s our next Tabata Challenge for you. Planks are a great exercise for building core strength, push-ups for strengthening the chest, arms & shoulders. These bad boys combine all of these together. Of course, any good Tabata workout means your also gonna get your heart rate up. Remember, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest repeated 8 times makes for Tabata goodness.
