Working out in the gym is always a plus as you have plenty of toys..oh er I mean equipment, but taking it outside on your non-gym days can add that little extra to your workouts. Over the next couple more days we are going to show you a few more exercises outdoors that can really help lift your gym game.
Tabata workouts are short-high intensity intervals, 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest, for 8 rounds. Tabata workouts only take 4 minutes but are a great way to boost your fitness and help burn off the Christmas calories. Todays exercise – jumping jacks. We thought this was going to be really easy, but like most exercises, if you do it well its always worthwhile.
If you are a regular at our Group Training sessions you will already be familiar with Tabata workouts, they feature regularly in our LEAN and FIT sessions.
